Because the daily schedule runs from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Retreatants will need to make arrangements for Lunch on Saturday and Sunday.  A refrigerator will be available for those that wish to bring a bag lunch.

For those that wish to purchase lunch, we have arranged for a local Mediterranean-style restaurant to cater lunches for both days. These lunches were very popular at the last Retreat. If you wish to purchase lunch ($25 for both days), please choose one option below (1,2,3,4, or 5) for each day, and indicate your selections on your check or PayPal note.

Option 1- Lunch box – Vegetarian

Sandwich – Veggie Wrap – Marinated grilled eggplant, squash, zucchini, onions, roasted red bell pepper, and feta cheese topped with house dressing. Served over spinach in a pita wrap.

Side 1 – Tabouli – Diced parsley, tomato, cucumber, onion, and cracked wheat tossed in olive oil, lemon juice and spices.

Side 2 – Mjadarah – Rice and lentils, topped with caramelized onions.

Option 2 – Lunch box

Sandwich – Chicken Salad Sandwich- Our signature chicken salad made with celery, walnuts, raisins, mayonnaise, parsley and spices. Served with lettuce and tomato.

Side 1 – Kale – Kale, golden raisins, apples, red bell pepper, walnuts, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and mild spices.

Side 2 – Roasted Vegetables – Squash, zucchini, eggplant, carrots, onions, and bell peppers, lightly salted and roasted.

Option 3 – Lunch box

Sandwich – Turkey Sandwich – Turkey served with a three cheese blend, lettuce, tomato, pickles, banana peppers, mayonnaise, mustard and house dressing.

Side 1 – Fatoush – Chopped Romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green bell pepper, onions, parsley, olive oil, vinegar and spices.

Side 2 – Black Bean Salad – Black beans, chickpeas, diced bell peppers, parsley, cilantro, jalapenos, green onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice and spices.

Option 4 – 4 sides platter – Gluten Free

Side 1 – Roasted Vegetables – Squash, zucchini, eggplant, carrots, onions, and bell peppers, lightly salted and roasted.

Side 2 – Chicken Salad – Chopped chicken breast, celery, golden raisins, walnuts, mayonnaise, parsley and spices.

Side 3 – Kale – Kale, golden raisins, apples, red bell pepper, walnuts, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and mild spices.

Side 4 – Mjadarah – Rice and lentils, topped with caramelized onions.

Option 5 – 4 sides platter – Vegan & Gluten Free

Side 1 – Cabbage Salad – Finely sliced cabbage, tomatoes, parsley, scallions, olive oil, vinegar and spices.

Side 2 – Kale – Kale, golden raisins, apples, red bell pepper, walnuts, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and mild spices.

Side 3 – Mjadarah – Rice and lentils, topped with caramelized onions.

Side 4 – Roasted Veggies – Squash, zucchini, eggplant, carrots, onions, and bell peppers, lightly salted and roasted.
